Flakiness Index / Thickness Guage

As per IS: 2386 (Part I). Used to determine Flakiness Index of the aggregate. The aggregate particles are to be flaky, if their thickness is less than 0.6 of their normal size. It consists of a frame with sliding panel with accurate slots of standard width and length, the complete assembly is chrome plated.
