Compaction Factor Apparatus | As per IS: 5515. Apparatus is complete with with hoppers and receiver assembly. Built on a rigid and stable frame consists of two conical hoppers, each with a hinged trap door. Trap door is operated by a quick release mechanism to allow a free fall to the released concrete mix sample. A cylindrical mould is fitted beneath the two hoppers. Hoppers and receiver can be easily removed for cleaning.

Vee Bee Consistometer | As per IS: 1199. The instrument comprises of a slump cone with a hopper, specimen container, a transparent plastic plate attached to a graduated rod, , mounted on a vibrating table, and a tamping rod 16mm dia. x 600mm long. The vibrating table has fixed amplitude and frequency of vibration, imparted by a motor drive mechanism.

High Frequency Mortar Cube Vibrating Machine | As per IS: 4031. This apparatus is suitable for making cubes of 70.6mm, for mortar strength evaluation. The mould is mounted on a vibrating platform with a frequency of 12000 ± 400 vibrations per minute To the platform are attached four matched springs. The whole assembly is operated by a revolving shaft with an eccentric mechanism. The machine is supplied complete with a time switch and a 70.6mm steel cube mould with base plate.

Accelerated Curing Tank | Inner chamber made of S.S., outer body mild steel duly powder coated. Suitable to accommodate 6 cube moulds of 150mm. The unit is provided with digital temperature controller cum indicator and water circulation pump. Temperature range 5° above ambient to 100°C. Calibration certificate is provided for digital controller.

Le Chatelier Moulds | As per IS: 5514. Used for soundness test of cement. The apparatus consists of a small split cylinder forming a mould of 30mm internal dia. and 30mm high. On either side of the split cylinder, two parallel indicating arms with pointed ends are fixed. The mould is supplied with two glass plates and lead weight. Set of six moulds supplied in a cardboard box.

The sturdy construction consists of a base and support columns to form a rigid frame work around the quick release trigger mechanism to ensure an effective free fall of hammer during test. Abrasion Testing Machine | As per IS: 10070. For determination of the resistance to wear of small size aggregates and crushed rocks. The machine consists of a hollow cylinder mounted on a sturdy frame on ball bearings. A detachable shelf which extends throughout the inside length of the drum catches the abrasive charge and does not allow it to fall on the cover. The drum is rotated at a speed of 30-33 RPM by an electric motor through a heavy duty reduction gear. Motor is suitable for operation on 440 volts, 3 phase, A.C. supply. The unit is supplied complete with a tray for collection of the material with abrasive charge.

Tile Flexure Testing Machine | As per IS:1237, 654. This is a double lever loading machine and the load is applied by flow of lead metal which automatically stops when the sample breaks. The sample is mounted between rollers 40mm or 12mm dia. Bearing rollers can be placed at centre distances of 150, 200 or 270mm. Complete with 20 Kg lead metal.

Concrete Permeability Apparatus | High pressure permeability test can be conducted on different size of specimens using different cells. Cell is provided with a top plate and funnel at the bottom having gasket seals held in position through bolts & nuts. The concrete specimens are sealed in the cell to prevent any leakage along the side walls. Each unit is provided with chamber pressure gauge of 0-20kg/cm² and test pressure gauge of 0-15kg/cm². Flow Table | As per IS: 1199 ( for Cement Concrete ). The instrument is recommended for concrete where nominal size of coarse aggregates does not exceed 38mm. It comprises of table top of 762 mm dia, fitted on a heavy duty Cast Iron frame. A cam action provides a free fall of 12.5 mm to the table. A conical mould of 120 mm height with base dia. of 250 mm and top dia. of 170 mm is also provided along with tamping rod 16 mm dia. x 600 mm long.
